01Booking & pricing
How much does a bell tent rental cost?
Each package has one flat nightly fee, and longer stays cost less:

You’ll find each package’s nightly fee on our rentals page. Add-ons and delivery outside our free zone are priced separately.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can — popular dates go quickly. We need advance notice for every booking and do not offer same-day delivery.
Can I book over the phone or get a custom quote?
Absolutely. Call us at (586) 872-9909 or send us a message and we’ll put together a quote for your event, including add-ons and delivery.
What information do I need at checkout?
Just your email address and phone number, plus your delivery details. We use these to send your booking confirmation and reminders.
How many packages do you offer?
We currently offer four glamping packages, from an intimate suite for two up to a social lounge for 10–20 guests — and more are on the way. Our inventory is updated regularly, so keep an eye on our rentals page for new tents, packages and bundles.
02Payments & deposits
How do I reserve my date?
Pay half down at booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before your rental begins — we’ll send you a payment reminder by email.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. We place a $200 hold on your card. It’s a temporary authorization, not a charge, and it’s released after the tent passes its post-rental inspection.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes — you’ll receive an invoice for your booking, and we also prepare a packing list so everything you ordered arrives with your tent.
03Delivery & setup
Do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Yes! Distances are measured from our base in South Boardman, MI:

| 51 – 60 miles | $150 |
| Beyond 60 miles | $150 + $1.25 per mile |
Do you set up and take down the tent?
Yes. We deliver and set everything up, then return at the end of your rental to pack it all away. You don’t lift a thing.
Is the tent inspected?
Every tent is inspected before and after each rental. This keeps everything clean and safe for you, and makes the security hold release quick and simple.
Will I get a reminder before my rental?
Yes — we email a reminder 24 hours before your rental, along with any payment reminders and a thank-you after your stay.
04Add-ons & bundles
What add-ons are available?
Make your stay extra special with a propane fire pit, propane heater, s’mores kit, rose petals, an outdoor movie night, or our mobile pop-up porta potty & sink suite.
A charcuterie board, bottle of wine and outdoor movie night are coming soon.
Do you offer bundles?
Yes — ask us about bundles that pair your tent with your favorite extras. Get in touch and we’ll help you build the perfect package.
Is there a restroom option?
Yes. Our mobile pop-up porta potty and sink suite is a great choice for locations without easy indoor access.
05Your stay
What occasions are bell tents good for?
Backyard getaways, birthday sleepovers, garden parties, anniversaries, proposals and any celebration that deserves a little magic.
Do guests need to sign a waiver?
Yes. We use group waivers so everyone in your party can sign quickly before your rental begins.
Will it be warm enough at night?
Add our propane heater and fire pit to stay cozy on cooler Michigan evenings.
